I have received an email with a login ID, what do I do next?
The final step in the process is to reset your password.  To reset your password, click on the Login link shows in the menu on the left hand side and click on the Forgot your password link.  Enter your login ID and your email address and the system will generate a new password and send the password to you via email. 

I have received the email with my password, what to do now?
Once you have received your new password you will be able to access the Web Portal using the combination of your login ID and the new password that was emailed to you.  Click on the Login link displayed in the menu on the left hand side, enter you login ID and password and click on the login button to gain access to the Customer Workspace.

How to Change Your Password
If you want to change your password you can repeat the steps as described at the top of the page.
